Ice cream Tacos

Stuck at home again like 2020? Let the chef in you strike again with our simple ice cream taco recipe.

Serves: 6-9

Ingredients:

Oats – 1 cup

Banana – 1

Eggs – 2

Egg Whites – ½ cup

Baking Powder – 4 teaspoons

Whey Protein Powder – 1 to 2 scoops

Flax Meal – 2 tablespoons

Get-A-Whey Strawberry and Banana Ice Cream 520 ml tub

Salt – Pinch (to taste)

Cinnamon – Pinch (to taste)

Strawberries and Basil (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. In a blender combine oats, banana, eggs, egg whites, baking powder, protein powder, flax meal, cinnamon and salt on medium-low speed. Continue until thoroughly mixed.

2. Heat a non-stick pan on a medium-high flame. The above batter shall be added in small circles (1/4 cup per pancake). In about 2-3 minutes, as the edges start to look dry, flip and cook the other side for another minute or two.

3. Top the pancake with two small scoops of Get-A-Whey Strawberry and Banana Ice Cream, chopped strawberries and basil.

4. Wrap and serve as a taco!
